Onshore Early Works EPC – Ubadari, Tangguh Block

Our company plays an active role in the implementation of the Onshore Early Works EPC Ubadari Project, located in Bintuni Bay, West Papua, as part of the development of BP Berau Ltd.’s Tangguh LNG Project. This strategic project serves as a crucial early foundation to support the main construction phase of an international‑scale oil and gas facility.
The scope of work covers Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) for a range of supporting facilities, including:
• Construction Camp development with a capacity of approximately 3,500 personnel, complete with accommodation facilities, utilities, and supporting buildings.
• Electrical and power generation works, including diesel generators, MV/LV systems, substations, grounding, and lightning protection.
• Camp telecommunication systems, encompassing data networks, radio communications, GSM, TV systems, and supporting IT infrastructure.
• Integrated waste management facilities, including an incinerator, food composter, dewatering system, and supporting landfill.
• Early works infrastructure, such as access roads, laydown areas, earthworks, drainage systems, and modifications to the existing jetty.
The execution of this project demands high standards of safety, quality, and reliability, considering the remote location and the complexity of the work. Through integrated planning, cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and a robust project management approach, we are committed to delivering solutions that are safe, efficient, and sustainable, while supporting the successful implementation of a nationally strategic project in the energy sector.
