He is an Indonesian citizen domiciled in Jakarta, with a solid educational background and extensive professional experience in management, finance, and corporate leadership. He completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), which provided a strong analytical and systems-based foundation in business and operational processes. He later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, further strengthening his strategic, leadership, and decision-making capabilities in a competitive global business environment.

Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions across the transportation, financial services, capital markets, and economic research sectors. His professional experience includes serving as President Director of PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek (2012–2015), and previously as Director of Finance and Human Resources at the same company (2008–2012). He has also worked as an Associate at Citi Indonesia (2007–2008), Equity Director at PT Indokapital Securities (2003–2004), and as a Researcher at ECONIT (1997–2002). These diverse roles have shaped his comprehensive understanding of corporate governance, financial performance management, and human capital development.

Based on Notarial Deed of Rini Yulianti, S.H., No. 11 dated April 4, 2017, he was appointed President Director of PT Triguna Internusa Pratama (2017–2025), a Midstream Subholding within the Rukun Raharja Group. During the same period, he also served as President Director of PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri (2017–2025) and Director of PT Bravo Delta Persada (2020–2025). Currently, he has been serving as Commissioner of PT Triguna Internusa Pratama since 2026, focusing on providing strategic guidance and oversight to support the company’s sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Hotasi Nababan has served as President Director of PT Triguna Internusa Pratama since January 2026. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across strategic sectors including aviation, energy, infrastructure, and business development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement at both national and international levels.

Prior to his current role, he held a number of senior executive positions, including Senior Advisor at PT Rukun Raharja (2025–present), Executive Director of KADIN Indonesia (2021–2024), Chief Executive Officer of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta (JAS) (2009–2012), and President Director of Merpati Nusantara Airlines (2002–2008). In addition, he occupied several strategic roles within the General Electric (GE) group, including Country Manager of GE Energy Services and Chief Executive Officer of PT GE Lokomotif Indonesia, further strengthening his experience in a global corporate environment.

Beyond his executive roles, Hotasi Nababan has been actively involved as an advisor in a number of national strategic projects, including the CAS–Changi Airport Consortium for the development of Labuan Bajo Airport. His areas of expertise include business development, project leadership, aviation operations, and corporate restructuring. In 2021, he founded Hexa Daya Nalar Airport Consultant, a firm focused on consultancy and solution development in the aviation and airport sector. He holds two Master of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Technology Policy and Civil Engineering, and is also a graduate of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). This strong academic background underpins his analytical, structured, and performance-oriented leadership approach.

Rony Hartanto is a senior executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in the energy, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure sectors. He currently serves as Director of Engineering and Operations at PT Triguna Internusa Pratama, where he is responsible for developing technical and operational standards for strategic projects, providing organizational leadership, and formulating medium- and long-term strategies aligned with the parent company’s business roadmap. These efforts are aimed at supporting the company’s sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Prior to his current appointment, Rony Hartanto built a strong leadership track record across various energy-related entities. He served as Director of PT Petrotech Penta Nusa, an Energy Infrastructure subholding of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk, and as President Director of PT Artifisial Teknologi Persada (2022–2025). In these roles, he led corporate transformation initiatives through adaptive strategies, strengthened governance and management structures, and conducted comprehensive organizational performance evaluations to enhance business effectiveness and competitiveness.

His operational leadership experience was further strengthened through several strategic positions at PT Elnusa Tbk, including Operation Director (2021), Vice President of Oilfield Services (2016–2021), and Managing Director of Drilling Oilfield (2014–2016). He began his career in the energy industry as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger, before spending more than fifteen years at PT Elnusa Tbk in various technical and managerial roles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Strategic Business Management certification from Prasetiya Mulia Business School, forming a strong foundation for his leadership in operations, business development, and energy infrastructure.
